By scheduling or using our Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms carefully.
Section 1: Scope of Services
C-WELS, LLC agrees to provide professional residential cleaning services as agreed upon during the booking and estimation process. The specific cleaning tasks, frequency, and schedule for your home will be outlined in your service estimate or booking confirmation. Our services include, but are not limited to, One-Time Cleans, Move In/Out Services, and recurring house cleaning and sanitizing.
Our team will perform the agreed-upon services to the best of their abilities. The Client has the right to inspect the work upon completion to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
Section 2: Client Responsibilities & Home Preparation
To ensure our team can clean your home efficiently and effectively, we ask that you take the following steps before our arrival:
- General Tidiness: Please pick up and put away clutter, such as toys, clothes, and documents, from floors and surfaces that are to be cleaned. Hourly charges may be incurred if our team needs significant time to clear clutter before cleaning can begin.
- Valuables: Please secure any items of extreme monetary or sentimental value. We are not responsible for cleaning irreplaceable or highly valuable items.
- Pets and Other Occupants: Please ensure any pets are secured in a safe and comfortable location. Please also inform our office if there will be guests or other service providers in the home during our cleaning appointment.
Section 3: Access to Your Home
The Client agrees to provide our team with access to the home at the scheduled time. This can be arranged by:
- Providing a key, garage code, or lockbox code.
- Being present to grant access.
If your home has a security system, please provide instructions for disarming and re-arming it or ensure it is turned off on our service day. You agree to hold C-WELS, LLC harmless for any failure of the alarm system. If we are unable to access your home upon arrival, a cancellation fee may be charged.
Section 4: Pricing and Payment Terms
- Payment Amount: The fee for our Services will be the amount quoted in your estimate, based on the details you provided about your home and cleaning needs. If the condition of the home is significantly different than described, we reserve the right to adjust the price or modify the scope of work with your approval.
- Payment Due: Payment is due in full on the day the Service is rendered.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via check, cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer.
- Late Payments & Fees: A late fee may be applied to any invoice not paid on time. A service charge of $45 will be assessed for any returned checks.
Section 5: Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We reserve a specific time slot for your cleaning. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- If our team is unable to enter the home upon arrival, this will be treated as a late cancellation, and the full fee for the service will be charged.
Section 6: Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing a high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange to return to your home and re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds; our guarantee is to correct any issues to your satisfaction.

Our team is trained to handle your belongings with the utmost care. However, accidents can happen.

- Client Responsibility: Damage must be reported to our office within 2 business days of the service. We are not liable for damage to items that are not properly secured (e.g., heavy pictures hung with inadequate hardware) or for damage resulting from faulty installation or lack of maintenance of any item.
